Between Old Government Hill and the Singapore River, a unique collection of conservation-listed heritage warehouses from the 19th century will undergo its next evolution from trading port to entertainment and now leisure destination.

Mirroring the history of the river and also of Singapore, the rejuvenated CQ will see heritage stories integrated and given pride of place at key routes and places. Alongside custom-designed low-energy street fans integrated into the existing ‘Angel Wings’ structures with new high-performance reflective air cushions, the streets will make daytime offerings enjoyable.
